The Investment Promotion Bureau (IPB) was organized to deal with investment cases by providing practical constructive support to foreign partners intending to start a business in our region, and especially to those contemplating an investment, as well as to existing private and state-owned local enterprises.
   The Bureau is engaged in consulting on all matters regarding the investment application process, thereby reducing the inconvenience and delays usual for a foreign investor when dealing with a complicated system of state agencies and departments.
